IAAI provides payment and risk technology infrastructure, including Gateway OS and related services. IAAI does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a regulated financial institution unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. No Fund Holding
All payment transactions are processed directly through third-party acquirers and financial institutions. IAAI never takes custody of merchant or customer funds.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their own regulatory compliance, business operations, and lawful use of the platform in their jurisdiction.
4. Compliance & Risk
While IAAI provides compliance-supporting tools and risk infrastructure, regulatory responsibility remains with the client or licensed entity using the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
IAAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party processor actions, regulatory decisions, or merchant misuse of the platform.
6. Service Availability
While we aim for high availability and operational resilience, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed due to external dependencies and infrastructure factors.
7. Governing Principles
These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on IAAI’s operational jurisdiction and contractual agreements.
